It does happen to some. Make sure you aren't eating a lot before bed. You will probably get pretty good relief by taking 500 mg. of calcium and 250 mg. of magnesium. These come combined together in a capsule--dont use the tablet in this case. Also, try taking Acidophilus capsules during the day. These have worked well also for my clients.
