Unfortunately, you aren't taking enough to get any real thermogenic effect from the clen. The proper way to take clen IMHO is to increase the dosage by 20mcg a day until you reach 100 or 120mcg per day. Stay on it straight for one week at that dosage, then go to the 2 on 2 off cycle for no less than 4 weeks. Believe me you will notice when it kicks in. I go nuts on just one 50mcg dosage and can't sit still for 3 hours. That's with the vet syrup @ 25mcg/ml.
