Try this sequence for your first cycle:
week1 - 1 250ml shot
week2 - 1 250ml shot
week3 - 2 250ml shots
week4 - 2 250ml shots
week5 - 2 250ml shots
week6 - 1 250ml shot
week7 - 1 250ml shot
This is a good cycle for your first time.
