A '00' size gelcap will easily hold 1 full cc (25mg or 5 tabs of liquid d), perhaps a tiny bit more. You can get empty packs of a 100 at your local health food store (not GNC) for a few bucks. Some just swallow the liquid without, but it really is TERRIBLY FOUL TASTING (reforvit anyway).
