What a big question you ask!! I suppose that I should put the list together
and post it with all the info on each. Ok I will do that so that we can
have something when people use the elite search engine.
I wont do it here yet give me a couple of days to put something worthwhile
together. In the meantime check out MM2Ks issue with Shawn Phillips on the
cover from 1996. There are only about 10 items to talk about.
