First of all, Nolvadex is really not needed, unless you are on a high androgenic cycle. Try to choose a cycle that is high anabolic - mild androgenic, that way you really don't need Nolvadex. To answer your question on what is/what it does! Nolvadex is a nonsteroidal anti-estrogen medication. It's primary use is with patients with breast cancer, it helps to block the estrogen depend cancer cells full receiving their food, to say. Normal dosage for a 180-220lb male, is 10mg to 30mg daily depending on your weight and the level of the androgenic products you are taking. try to take it easy on your system and use milder A.S.
