I think the idea of decresing the days is that the test builds up in your body over time ( since your body hasnt gotten rid of the last
shots ) . As for side effects sust. is a combination of 4 tests so you can use much less than if you were doing just one test and have less side effects .
Most of the bad side effects from test come from the aromatization of test to estrogen ( estrogen causes gyno , water retention ect ). This
process occurs when there is excess test in the blood . If you used just one test you would have to increase the dosage to prevent
receptor downgrade , which wopuld eventually lead to excess test and aromatization . The test combo in sust. prevents ( or dramatically reduces it ) the receptor downgrade .
Thats what I think ,theoretically of course .
