Clenbuterol: Take it continually or 3 on 2 off??

I'm going to use some clen and would like to know how long to take it and how to take it. I am currently taking test. enanthate, deca, and proviron. I will take HCG at the end. Where should the clen fit in? I would like to shed about 10 lbs of fat near the end of the cycle. Thanks for any info.
