Mixing is fine, I'd just keep your shots to no more than 3ccs a time. The sostenon hurts because it contains a small amount of propionate which is noted for soreness and swelling when injected. The butt is probably the best spot for a painful shot like this, as there are less nerves in your ass than your leg. You can't do much about the pain, but you can try using sos once every 10 days. That should space the shots more comfortably.
