This cycle isn't going to do much. You are peaking at 250 mg for one week?
You really ought to up the dosage by around 50%, especially if you
are talking Deca, its a relatively mild and safe steroid.
Also, dont spend so much time tapering up, maybe a week or two, save to
taper for tapering down.
