I took DHEA for 8 weeks without any side effects. However, I found no gains either. I'm 42 y/o and decided to go have my Testsorone level check (DHEA is suppost to rise it). My level was 279 ng. 21 ng lower then the low limits. Normal they say is 1200 - 300 ng. So this told me that DHEA wasn't doing anything for me. Thats not to say it might help you. Now I get shot from my Doctor to rise my level, which I found a lot of gain in mass and better Sex...grin. If your over 40, go get your testostrone level check by your doctor.
