It's also an individual thing. Some guys are more
prone to acne than others so may have a bigger problem
with it than the next guy.
There are products out there that you can ingest
orally to prevent these zits but they are basically
antibiotics so I wouldn't touch 'em.
Remember this, those zits are toxins coming out of
your body via the skin, so if you don't let them out,
they're gonna stay in. Which would you rather have?
Bottom line: a few zits during a cycle ain't nothing
to worry about.
