You probably won't have to worry about hair-loss/bitch tits with Equipoise as it is generally anabolic & not too androgenic. For stronger drugs like test/anadrol etc you may need Nolvadex for gynocomastia (bitch tits) but I'd recommend only using it if you have a problem. The higher estrogen levels that lead to gyno also increase the anabolic effects of juice. Some say it helps keep receptor sites open, but who knows for sure. If you try a cycle with & without Nolvadex you will see for yourself what I mean. As for hair loss, athletes generally stay away from drugs that have high conversion rates to DHT. Test does, drugs like sten actually contain DHT and there are other DHT derrivitaves out there. Researchers now think estrogen plays a key role with DHT in promoting hair loss to the jury is still out so to speak. Follow this general rule: The stronger a drug generally is, the stronger will be the side effects. If you are happy with the growth Equipoise, Deca , Primo, anavar etc will give you don't bother hitting the heavier stuff. If you want more growth you'll have to endure more side effects. You should also know that side effects are a very individual thing. If you don;t have baldness in your family you probably should worry little. Even with Test and Anadrol. I never have much but a little soreness as far as gyno goes. Even if I hit it heavy. So I never use nolvadex as it seems just counter productive for me. But if your breasts are swelling up Nolvadex could seem like a life-saver. Nolvadex is also somewhat liver toxic.
