I have been lifting for quite a few years now and I have not found many things that really work. Some friends told me about Muscletech and the gains they have recieved from it. I have been very happy with the results I have seen and know of at least 5 other guys that would swear by it. If it's not working for you, try something else. It works for me and I plan on sticking with it.
