The products are not a total waste! Think about it, they are promoting their buisness by telling you what you want to here -- I mean be real, if they told you that Hydroxycut will only give you a slight edge, you might not buy it. If they were to be honest and say that to get results , you will have to follow a specifically designed diet along with a structured diet combined with a vigorous strength and conditioning program followed by..... GET MY POINT!!!! Wether or not the benifits you receive from their product are mental or physical, the poin is it is going to motivate you in reaching your goal. Some people by a new pair of shoes or maybe a new workout shirt or whatever it is that gets them to the gym. The question is not if it is a scam, but what does it take to get you motivated!
