Yes it is something to worry about. It means a lot of the juice is pooling and not being absorbed as well as it should. The soreness and swelling will go down over time, but it could also lead to a oil pool, and then an abcess. Nothing like having a 3 inch hole cut out of your ass. Use some cyancobolamin ( injectible B-12 ) to help pull the oil through, and don't use that spot to inject anymore oil. Use your quads for the last two shots, they'll be fresh and offer similar surface area for absorbtion, although it does hurt a little more.
