Just for thought, My fiance' and I took HumlinR Short acting immediately following a cycle while still trainning high wt high intensity! We were counsled by the guru Duchaine. I know a lot of folks don't care for Dan but THis is my info. and believe me it worked! I gained 10lbs is 2 weeks and I only took it for 2 weeks! But I choose to go short cycles cuz I feel it may interrupt your natural insulin production if you use for extended periods of time such as testosteron does with men ect...! I used 1 unit (IU) per 15 pounds of body weight! At the same time make sure you have 10 grams carbs per unit of inulin. Preferably glucose in a powder form and eat your protein too. We took it first thing upon waking and right after workouts! Every day! Now first invest in a glucometer to check your glucose levels as you know you can get into dangerous situations with insulin and low blood sugar levels!! Monitor it closely!!! It usually peaks in about 1.5 to 2 hours evryone is different. Usually you know when your sugars get low cuz you feel anxious and sometime break a sweat, get jittery or shaky check your blood sugar and eat something high glycemic immediately!!! Glucose grapejuice orange juice breakfast cereal dry! This will bring sugar levels up fast eat your regular meal then too! I always eat when i take the injection then in 1 to 2 hours following I eat again like a protein bar with atleast 50gm carbs with a glass of juice too! After workout i took insulin then had my 100gm glucose and I used 15gm Glutamin powder for my protein and this is great stuff! I took another dose of 15gm glutamin 90 minutes later then prepared regular meal with high carbs pasta and shit! I used vanadyl and chromium with my insulin and not clen. We both had tremendous gains and didn't get fat!! Maybe a little but if you eat clean and workout hard it will make your metabolism run!! i got stronger than crap too! Great way to end a cycle and this comes from a womans perpective! Good luck John !! She-rah!

This looks like the best advice I've seen and is logical! You're not taking it a million times a day. You may be able to even get away with doing it After your workout and still get the same results. The only reason I can see to do it in the AM is if you take your fast acting protein powder at that time, too. She-rah, why did you take it in the morning? Anarchy in the USA!
