From studies done, it looks like protein consumption over 1 gram per pound of lbm
(rough figure) lets excess protein get converted to glucose which
inhibits ketosis. If you're on the diet to gain mass you could raise that
figure, but a carb-based diet looks to be more promising for mass gains.
