You could also search the internet to learn the
various profiles, delivery methods, side effects
etc as well as using the search engine at the top.
Could also go to your library and read up- look at
the PDR, WAR and be sure to get the Elite "secrets"
special report by Juice Monkey and Big Canuk
advertised on the home page. Whatever you do, learn
first before you screw up. Your question is too
broad and general at this stage to answer. Learn first,
