Hey Bro- I aint heard from you in a while. Ok if the
guy is really 8%, then thats only about 14 pounds of
BF to begin with. If he looses 8 more he'd be in the
"Damn Hard" zone and would probably have to loose a
pound or two of muscle too. So now the guy's at only
6 pounds of fat and 161 pounds weight = 3.7% fat?
Are you saying someone can drop from 8% to less than
4% in only 8 weeks? I could believe goin from 12% to
8% but its damn hard to get below that. How many
do you know that have done it with just clen in only
8 weeks and HOW? Please give more details. On the female,
was the fat loss even or was it less in lower body?
Was she able to get good leg cuts? Could you also
give some specifics on the "cardio" training done?
