Experts,
I bought some sort of Ephedrine but I'm confused about the dosages for the E/C/A stack.
The label says:
brand: D&E Ephedra
number of caps: 100 caps
The label says : 950 mg each NET WT. 95 gm
On the back side it says:
Each capsule contains: Ephedra Extract: 833 mg
Directions: (adults only). Take one capsule daily as dietary supplement.
For the ECA stack the recommend dosage is always 25-50mg.
But THESE caps contain 833 mg per cap.
IS THIS WAY TOO MUCH OR WHAT?
