Do all these at least 3x6-8 or 5x5 and if you still feel like you want to do arms you're not going hard enough! Do shrugs on back day, btw. You have to do legs and don't piss around with leg ext. I used to have stick legs, too. Then I quit the arm stuff and busted my ass on legs. If there is one reason to do legs that I have found, it's because more women love it! They will stare at your legs and then right at your crotch and you can catch them everytime! And no I'm not hung like howard stern or john holmes, so that isn't a factor. I never had a 'babe' ask me how to work arms, but they want to know about legs! A point to ponder, stickboy! Anarchy in the USA!
