If you've been on anabolics for 4 months, this is
way too long in the first place. You should take a
minimum of 6 weeks off to let your body "get back
to it's normal state". At this time, even with
the three weeks off you mentioned, your body and
receptors will not react near as well with another
cycle. Give your body time return to normal, so that
you can "shock" it again with anabolics.
20 amps of sustanon may not be enough after the
lengthy cycle you are coming off of. You'd probably want
to do an 8-10 week cycle starting with 750mg/week
and tapering down. Hope this helps.
