Matt,
Dianabol will pack on size fast. However, like big canuk said, you will lose a lot of it immediately after as it is solely water weight. I know a guy who took it, gained 27lbs in four weeks, and then lost almost all of it over the next few months. It is also really toxic on the liver, though a cycle or two won't do much long term damage. In addition, you get pretty aggressive on this one, not like the heavy testosterones, but pretty edgy. My friend got in two fights a week when he was on it, complaining that he always felt edgy and if anyone started with him he just went nuts.
Anyway, something to consider before you do it.
