Couldn't agree more with S. Dave put your money in food or get your supplements from mass quantities, they have the creatine (muscletech's is NOT any better), they have the, well I forget the name of it, but it will cut you up better than, the muscle tech hydroxy crap, and he's even got actyl-l-carantine (sp?)...Just go in with some of your buddies....like I'm gonna do.
