advice on GH daily dosage (ie. for the "GURU's")

never had a good source for it now i do...need it to keep up with others....
heard of dosages from mr. o canidates 2iu a day to certain arnold classic
connections at 16iu a day.. whats bullsh*t, whats not? thanks for any info!
