: I am beginning a cycle of sustanon and d-bol, and was wondering if it is possible to overtrain while on such powerful anabolics (anti-catabolics)? Would I make better strength gains working out hard all the time instead of just twice a week?

: Here is a sample of a weeks workout:
: Mon.-chest (heavy-around 85% of max for 3-6 reps)
: incline db press 6-8 reps, 2-3 sets
: decline db press 6-8 reps, 2-3 sets
: delts-military press 6-8 reps, 2-3 sets
: side lateral raises 6-8 reps, 2-3 sets
: triceps- weighted dips (2 45's) 4-6 reps, 2-3 sets
: skullcrushers- 6-8 reps, 2-3 sets
: claves-calf raises on leg press (about 1,100lbs.) 6-8 reps, 2-3 sets
: Tues.-lats-bb rows 6-8 reps
: lat pulldowns-6-8 reps
: traps-shrugs 6-8 reps
: upright rows 6-8 reps

: Wed.-squats-450 lbs.-525 lbs. 4-6 reps, 2-3 sets
: front squats-4-6 reps, 2-3 sets

: Thurs-off

: Fri-every upper body exercise at 85% of Monday's and Tuesday's workout.

: Can I workout just as hard on Friday as I did on Mon. and Tues.?

: THANKS FOR ANY REPLIES,
: SAMSON

Dude! This is almost exactly what I do when I'm on, except I just take a day off, and repeat the 3 days of workouts, then another day off, etc. When you're juicing, as Big Canuk said, you should train instinctively. Do what you feel like doing, because chances are, your body can handle it. That means you should train balls out! Stick with the twice a week thing that you outlined and things should go well. Coupla suggestions: you need something in there like stiff leg deads or leg curls to hit your hamstrings. You don't want weird side profiled legs, cause your quads are gonna grow like hell, but you already know this. Also, the upright rows tend to stress your shoulders pretty hard as well as your traps. Just something to think about. I know the bent rows stress your biceps pretty hard but you really should at least throw in some barbell curls. Remember your body's eating this up! Hope this helps. later.
