I had this injury ( and it flares up every now and then ) .
Elavil ( a anti- depressant) relieves this . It take s about a week though .
For immediate relief I was given fiorocet and fiorocet and codiene.
This is what my MD gave me and in no way should be thought of as Medical advice .
That was just a big brother disclaimer . Ask your MD about this and get
back in the gym . Oh by the way , I wouldnt tell him your doing AS .
