: : Could someone who answer a couple of questions. How much protein can a person digest at one time (once and for all). Is there a limit to how many calories the body can digest a one time (ex. say I'm drinking 2 shakes of hvy wght 900 back to back before bed). Can my body process this many calories in one serving? Natural or juiced?
: : Glutamine...If you take less than 6 grams at a time is it really wasted...(I read..it was?) Is primrose oil mostly for those using oral steroids, or do you need it if your using injectible's. Also, since, I keep hearing that the a/e/c stack, kills your apetite, does clen do this also? What would boost my appetite? Anything over the counter?
: : Also, someone posted "best supplement ever", a while back and I can't find it it the search engine. I seem to rember it having alot of flax and fiber in it. If anyone rembers it please post it hear again, and where to get it. Thanks

: Dude, you're full of questions! Your body will process as much as you put in--the question though is how will it be processed. Take in too many calories at once and you will definitely store much as fat. More than 30-50 grams of protein at a time will also not be used efficiently
: and will be converted into fat. Glutamine in low doses will be eaten up by your gut which is not necessarily a bad thing it just doesn't help your muscles that much. Clen will reduce your appetite some. Slinger posted the "best supplement" and it was
: flaxseed fiber. This is a good product and has a great deal of lignans in it which act as anti-aromatases. Plus it keeps you very regular--it's really good stuff.
: Keep up the fight
: Unique

Well, I've heard that protein can be stored as fat but I don't see how exactly. FAT and PROTEIN have 2 different chemical structures and I thought that it was just myth because your body won't convert protein into fat??
