I was wondering if other's are seeing the kid's working out in beach shoes? They are scuffing around the gym with those rubber slip on sandals. What happened to sneakers? I used to like seeing the guys in work boots too!, but Beach Shoes? Is it just me? ------------------ quote:

Confession time; I often wear caterpillar boots on leg days. I hit my quad's really heavy and hard and I find boots give a really sturdy platform. I've seen the pics of Arnie in bere feets. "Whatever floats your boat" I suppose. Bouncer ------------------

boots I can see- I see a lot of that on legs day, more support for the ankles, flatter soles, understandable, but whats with flip flops & sandles....I would love to accidentally drop a 45 pound plate on one of their feet..... :P |
