i have noticed a dramatic increase in my lifting power when it is chest day. 30lb dumbbell press(don't like the bench press much)...soon to be up to 35's. the question is once a woman developes more muscle should her boobs become lifted or sagged? i would think more lifted, but don't know so i need some help. someone, anyone????

It won't affect your boobs at all because they're fat, not muscle. The only things that will change the way your boobs hang is fat (more= larger fuller, less=smaller saggier boobs), hormones (estrogen and progesterone can increase size and possibly sagginess), or implants. Obviously things like age also play a role, as well as breast-feeding.

no sir, it affects your boobs! can you say L-I-F-T ...provided you have boobs. If you don't have any, well then...I don't know lifting does to ...nothing.

It has affected mine ALOT. The fact that I used to have 38-40 D and I am now a36C and they just look a hec of alot smaller than even that. I know that they look more muscular than anything but I'm still a c cup. Really doesn't make sense. Both my sisters don't believe I wear a c cup but I do. It really doesn't look like it.

Heavy lifting + increased protein = more musle mass = higher base metabolic rate = bodyfat loss

Which inturn leads to smaller boobs

Ask Fitness Chick she went form a Full C to an A cup, but know thanks to the miracle of modern science she's back to a full C again

Kiss em goodbye! Since I started dieting and heavy weightlifting I've gone down a cup size. I've noticed that I'm much stronger in my presses (dumbbell and bar) and my chest over all has become more defined and harder but my boobs are no more...till I have them 'magically' replaced!

I kissed mine good bye months ago..what a shock to shopping for bras...reach for the c's and they are gapping and hanging off like old toilet paper or something. Sigh...they are smaller now but perky at least. I'm hoping the shrinkage has leveled off. But along with kissing the boobs goodbye..I kissed my ass goodbye (well its leaving anyway) so I can't complain. Plus I am a heck of a lot more stronger than I was 6 months ago..so...win some, lose some.

I was a full c prior to training---over 5 years went down to an a---no sagging or drooping, just diminished size....actually my pec muscles grew so it gave me instant cleavage.....I started off training doing 15's 5 years ago, then worked my way up to 70's a few months ago---with the help of heavy training & gear.....( pre gear I was doing 50's)---anyway on may 30th I broke down & got implants.....my strength isnt what it was but I love em' anyway.....
