I'd like to thank everyone for the positive comments. I must say I was extremely nervous to post the pic and even more nervous to read the posts. I know how critical we can be of others. I have worked very hard for what I have. I'm 25 yrs old, 5'2' 116lbs and I'm not sure of my bodyfat. Anyone have any suggestions on what to use to shed the fat? I'm trying rip up a little and need some diet tips also. I'd appreciate any info. Bikinimom--I must say you look awesome. I have seen some of your pics before...WOW!! You had the impression that I was tall but in actuality I'm a shorty. Do you have any advice on diet for me? Feel free to stop by www.musclechemistry.com.
