Ladies or guys for that matter- What is the best kind of hair removal method that you use? Thanks!

What part of the body are you talking about? I know you are probably talking about the entire body, which I don't mess with except for a razor. I have my eyebrows waxed, and I can't imagine doing that to my whole body, at least not at this time. But for the upper lip I have found something that is so much better than waxing. It doesn't tear my lip up like waxing does. It is Nair Cream Hair Remover for face. It is great. I have tried the Nair remover for your body, but it doesn't work on me because my hair is too course. I am interested as well, as to what others do. I know that my input didn't help a great deal, but if you are worried about your upper lip, your problems are solved

I get it ALL waxed. If it is done properly it is not painful at all, no bumps or abrasions, ya stay "cleaner", longer, however, it is not permanent. So as soon as I got a coupla extra bucks burning a hole in my pocket I will look into other methods. ------------------

I prefer the razor - Mach 3...I know I have to do it every day but it only takes like 5 min to legs, armpits, bikini. I wax eyebrows. Thats painful enough - I couldn't imagine having other areas waxed. I've never had success with Nair or products like that. My skin gets red bumps from it. Lobo's wife did some kind of fancy hair removal thing...maybe he'll chime in later with more info. ------------------

BM, I've tinkered with waxing the legs also but how do you handle the inbetween hairgrowth? In the summer its hard to let it grow long enough to get waxed again!

I like waxing. Bikinimom is right if it is done right it doesn't hurt that bad. My sister did epilight hair removal and really likes it because it is permanent. |
