Is there anyone out there that has joint pain (knee, elbow, shoulder, etc), and has or is using the supplement glucosamine/chondroitin? My question is does it works and if it does do you have to continue to use it after you even feel ok?

I'm using it. It has really helped my elbows, but not my knees. I recommend it. It will take about 2 months to start noticing a difference though. When you go off, you problems may get worse, they may not. It depends on your training. Hope this helps.

I have used this, and I think it does work, but if you have a legitimate injury, nothing is really going to help. Many teams in the NFL use this product and I think its worth a try for you. Naprosyn is much faster acting, though.

Been on it for 3 months and my elbows are much better. You'll need to take it for 2 months to really notice a difference.
