have anyone tested 4-androstendiol, or 4 AD as some say? Results? I was thinking of using AST 4-diol(4-androstendiol) 4x250mg/day for 6 weeks. What do U think    | ||

this andro is the most effective anabolically out of all the andros, but unfortuneatly only has about 15% of conversion (3x better then its cousin dionne)andros dont last in the system very long so there not to effective unless their time released (ie, ANDROBOLIC, PROLAB), i would say just pop a eca before a workout.  | ||

WUZ UP BRO! I HAVE TRIED MANY KINDS OF ANDRO AND THROUGH MY EXPIRIENCE AND LISTENING TO ALL THE GOOD ADVICE OF THE BOARD I WOULD NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I HAD VERY LITTLE RESULTS, IF ANY AND MOST OF THEM BROKE ME OUT IN ACNE. RIGHT NOW I AM USING PROLABS CREATINE AND AST NY-TRO PRO 40 DRINK AND HAVE HAD HUGE GAINS. HOPE THIS HELPS. 4AD taken orally did nothing for me even at 1000mg and more daily. I tried Androsol (topical application) for 2 weeks as directed (heavy use)and did gain a real 5# of lean mass. You have to keep your protein intake high (1.5g per lb of body wt.). Just my experience. | ||

I've tried it. It is the best of the andros, due to its higher conversion. Use the cyclodextrin, or topical ones for best results. |
