i go to high school and that is a 6 hour chunk of my day...i also eat about 3500 calories per day...i usually have to shit during school..i would prefer not to...is there a way to prevent this?? thank you all ------------------     | ||

just squat over the toilet seat...how do you eat those calories during school? All at lunch, or you wait till you get home? | ||

i eat it thouroghout the day but i have to day i get about 1500+ in school.i bring a fucking huge bag and just eat for 4 periods straight..and then at like 1230 is there any food to like help put it off for a while? thanks ------------------ |
