How can someone buy something and not know what it's for....? I think Flax Seed oil is better, the one with Omega 3, 6, and some have 9 also.

Both flax and fish oils have their own health benefits in additon to both having lots of essential fatty acids. I use both. Don't break those fish oil caps---that oil stinks!

i use both its good to use a variety of sources..i would also recommend you toss that gnc bottle unless it garantees the fish are from cold unpolluted waters..knockoff brands usually use fish from filthy polluted contaminated waters stay clear of cheap brands..
i only use carlson fish oil,the highest quality available
