I was wondering what is the best way to take protein, like an example of a daily schedule. If anyone can help me out it would be appreciated. Thanks.

Workout how much you weight in pounds. You want to take 1.5g of protein per llb of bodyweight. Now divide the amount of protein into 6-8 meals (I would imagine 6 if you are a beginner). Now eat 3-4 meals per day and 2-3 whey shakes. Aim to take in protein every 2-3hours. For example I eat: Breakfast (8.30am); Shake (10.30am); Lunch (12.30pm); Shake (2.30pm); Pre-workout meal (4.30pm); Post-workout meal (7.30pm); Shake (9.30pm); 10.30pm -BED. Good sources of protein for you meals are tuna, chicken, eggs. But remember that you also need to take in plenty of carbs though (probably twice as many carbs as protein). So get eating!!
