I have been using a mass gainer for some time now that has proven very effective. It contains about 23 grams of protein per serving and about 47 grams of carbs with 1.5 grams of fat. It says on the label that there are no added sugars, but it tastes as sweet as all hell. One of the main constituents is Maltodextrin. Is this what is giving it its sweet taste and is this indeed a complex carb? IP: Logged |
