Just after some advice on creatine pyruvate. It has just been released in australiabut I can't find much good info on it. It is being promoted as 5 times better than normal creatine, any advice would be good. IP: Logged |

I think Pyruvate was a big upset. I think it was originally supposed to be for weight loss, but they showed that was only effective if you took about 30 grams a day. Plus its not cheap. One thing for sure, its not five times as effective as regular creatine. Save your money. IP: Logged |
