It's ZMA.. i'm pretty skeptical on it- sounds like the same stuff that's in a multi-vitamin, but the people who make it say that it's not the same (even though it looks like it though). I guess it will work good if your Zinc/Magnesium levels are abnormally low.

it's ok. helps you to keep the t-level up to normal in times with lots of hard trainings.
take the real ZMA (SNAC, Biotest or Cytodyne), the fakes are BS because of other ingredients that make absorption worse.

ZMA is a great supplement. You should be taking a multi every day. Plus 4g of Vc. The next vit/min you should take is magnesium. About 60% of athlets are deficent in that particual mineral. It is used in over 250 reactions in the human body. In ZMA the magnesium is covalently bonded to a metabolit of asparic acid, making absorbation better. Same bond with the zinc. It is not going to hurt you. It is realtively inexpensive and the zinc is good for optimal hormone production.

The scientific studies behind it seem sound. Twinlab makes a pretty decent version as well. Cheap too.

Go Big.
