I bought one yesterday at a nutrition store (NO, not GNC). They normally come in 2.2lbs for 18.99 and are really damn good, they have an 80% protein content making them as good as the protein factories (I think). anyway I finally got my poor self some more protein powder.

MRP: 3/4 cup of dry unflavored oatmeal, 1.5 cups of milk, 1.5 scoops of protein powder (chocolate).
protein: 40 grams
complex carbs: 60 grams
fat: whatevers in the milk, that's it.

just an idea I had it for breakfast, it was pretty good.

If your going to go with something with that many carbs, NLarge is still a better value. I really like NLarge whether I'm cutting or bulking, I just change up my diet some and have also had good results!! Normally about 4wks before a competition, I will change to a whey isolate with alot less calories, but that is the only time I don't use it.

Yeah, but for most people 60 grms of carbs is a bit high.
