I am new at taking supplements. I want to know if I were to take Whey Protein on the days that I lift and a ECA (Hydroxycut)on my off days, if doing those combinations will help me lose weight but keep adding mass.

do this, mix your protein shakes with water to cut the fat out, and take them everyday, and take the hydroxycut everyday as well... should work better this way.. or maybe just on the lifting days take the hydroxycut
