With concern to my previous post on how to tell if protein is bad or not, I e-mailed twinlab and they told me that the first digit of the LOT number is the year, the second being the month. Thier protien is good for up to two years. So if the LOT# is something like 93095, it was made in March 1999 and will expire March 2001. If the second digit is a letter.. A corrsepdons with Oct., B with November and C is December.. just thought you guys would like to know.
