..what I should do concerning taking clen before my morning cardio? I currently run 6 days a week in the a.m. to cut fat, and lift 4 days/week to maximize gains and/or maintain lbm. I'm taking Xenadrine (2 caps) right before running in a.m. (25 minutes). I am curious as to the negative effects on my heart when I switch to clen in two weeks. I have already read all the reports on dosing, side effects, etc., but am curious as to if I should take the clen before or after running in the morning. Thanks in advance!

It doesn't really matter much. Unlike Xenadrine, clenbuterol has a very long halflife, so long that you'll still have lots of it in your system from the previous day! But top it up before your run if you want to maximize the amount of clen in your system. Might be a good idea to wear a heart-rate monitor and cut back on intensity if the ole ticker goes crazy on you.

Thanks! I knew about the half life of the drug but never really considered that! I think I may do a split dose (before and after running), especially when I get up there to my 6/day late into the first week.
