hey guys im a 19 male...i want to make a diet in which i will gain mass but not really lose all my definition...i am currently taking a pro-hormone stack and want to have a great diet to go with it...i have a really fast metabolisum is what my doctor says... i can eat all day and not gain any weight it seems....im not looking to put on lots of weight just want to be little more meater muscles...any suggestions on a good diet..thanks guys

Not really good at diet, but since no one else here has left a message for you, I will try. First, go to the shopping market and buy all kinds of good food. Potatoes, Rice, Tuna, Steak, Fish, Chicken, Pasta, and Pizza for fun.

Try to eat 6-7 meals of Meat/Milk/ and carbs. Keep your prot at about 30-50g per meal, and your carbs as high as you can stand them (50-100per meal).

Eat the pizza for fun and to keep the fat up in your body. This is roughly how I eat and I weigh in the mid 280's, bf=15%.
