Yes, I was bulking but I am now cutting, sounds crazy but I got my reasons.

First of all, my goals:

~~~What I Expect~~~
Current Weight: 184 (Nov.15, empty stomach)
Water loss: -10 lbs
Fat loss: -12 lbs
Total loss: 20-30 lbs
Final weight: 154-164 lbs
Current bodyfat %: 10-12% (assume 11%)
Current fat weight: 19.5 lbs
After Week 1 -
Bodyfat %: 8.9%
Fat weight: 15.5 lbs
After week 2 -
Bodyfat %: 6.8%
Fat weight: 11.5 lbs
After week 3 -
Bodyfat %: 4.5%
Fat weight: 7.5 lbs
As you can see, I am going for 4 lbs of fat loss a week. My BMR is 2444 calories. I will eat 70% protein, 30% carbs, >5% fat.
What I'm on:
Deca - 400mg
Sust - 300mg ACTIVE
Winny - 70mg ED
Adipokinetix w/aspirin - as much as I can possibly tolerate w/o heart attack
Green tea extract
T3 - 50mcg ED
Metformin - 850mg x 2
Workout plans
Weight training 1 hour 4-5 days/wk
Cardio - 30 mins aerobic rider in the morning, 30-45 mins basketball after workout.
Now tell me, is this goal too far fetched? I think I can achieve it without much if any muscle loss.
